This is a process in which you sit at your "sick" computer and we sit at our "healthy" computer and provide support by talking to you on the phone while we "take control" of your PC. You will be able to see everything that we are doing! In fact, it is just like we are sitting right there next to you! You are in contact with us and you are able to even SHOW us what is going on! So we can watch just like we were there and try to help you find a solution for your problem. The only thing we need from you is to run third party software. It is recommended by us and we currently use it daily!
