This is just a guide and is NOT a replacement for a certified technician which we will provide. You assume ALL responsibility if you decide to try any of these yourself!

Q> Computer running slow?
A> Check your programs and remove ones that you no longer use.

Q> Random Pop-ups?
A> Malware / Adware infection. Download a free scanner and scan for possible infection.

Q> Nothing on the monitor?
A> Verify that you have power to the monitor. Verify that the AC plug is good. Restart PC

Q> Printer won't print.
A> Make sure printer is turned on and plugged into the back of the computer. Verify drivers are installed. (These are usually on a CD)

Q> Can't keep daughter / son from destroying computer?
A> Call us, we have many solutions ranging from ways to "lock" programs and block content, to tutoring!

Q> Does Indiana Computer Service fix laptops?
A> Yes, we work on laptops! Certain things we will not work on though, screen replacement, motherboard replacement. Call with any special requests!

Q> I have a question and it's not here!
A> Then feel free to email us! We will gladly answer your questions!

REMEMBER, always preform a restart on your computer BEFORE calling anyone! This will solve many problems! Thank you!
